Provide feedback on how well New Zealand is protecting children's rights
August 19, 2021

Provide feedback on how New Zealand is doing at protecting children's rights.

Every five years, Aotearoa-New Zealand must report to the United Nations about what the country is doing to ensure children’s rights are met.

The government has prepared a draft of its Sixth Periodic Report and is seeking feedback on how well you think it has responded to the issues raised by the UN Committee.

Please complete the online survey or email your comments to uncroc@msd.govt.nz.   You do not need to read the full report to complete the survey.

Find out more about the Children’s Convention, the reporting process, and the survey at: Reporting - United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child - Ministry of Social Development (msd.govt.nz)

Public consultation closes 31 August 2021.
